1. What if I don't like my pictures?
   If you don't like the pictures you receive on your original picture day, you can return them on retake day (if there is one scheduled) and receive a new photograph. If you do not have a retake day, or if you have already gotten a retake, you can still return your photos for a FULL REFUND if you are dissatisfied.
2. How should I pay for my pictures?
   We accept cash, money order, or check payment on picture day. We accept Visa and MasterCard for our online gallery orders. Make sure that students include exact change in their order envelopes on picture day, because photographers do not carry money and cannot make change.
3. How do I prevent glare from glasses?
   Our photographers are trained to make all attempts to avoid glass glare on eyeglasses. Despite this, glass glare may still occur. We do not retouch photos to remove glass glare, so we recommend obtaining a set of frames without lenses from your optometrist for photography purposes if you are concerned about glass glare.
4. How long does it take for pictures to be delivered?
   Most photos are delivered within a few weeks of picture day, but times vary depending on the exact contract with the school and the type of event. If you have questions about any particular photos, call us at 1-800-849-6580.
5. What should I do if I get the wrong package?
   If you receive the wrong package, call us at 1-800-849-6580. If we have your correct photo on file, we will immediately print it and send it to you.
6. What should I do if a portion of my package is missing?
   If you suspect that any part of your package is missing, call us at 1-800-849-6580 and describe the missing portion.
7. I want more photos than I ordered - can I order more?
   Yes - we offer several ways to order additional photos depending on the exact nature of our agreement with the school and type of event. Some photos are available for reorder by mail or through our website. Call us at 1-800-849-6580 if you are looking for a specific photo. Keep in mind, though, that we may not be able to retreive photos from previous seasons, and that additional fees may apply if too much time has passed since the photograph was taken.
8. Can I copy the photographs I receive?
   The photos that we print are protected by the same kind of copyright that applies to music and works of art, and they cannot be copied, reprinted, enlarged, or otherwise duplicated by any means without our permission.
